"Of the three sushi rollo i Ordered, i only liked the sunset roll. And it was okay, not amazing. Im usually a big fan of spicy salmon rolls but this one was flavorless. How? How can a "spicy salmon" roll taste like unseasoned fishy rice? The staff was nice. The space was a little grim. But again, the staff was cheery."

"We got there around 800 or so. At about 830 we were told that they would be closing soon so we needed to order anything we wanted and close the bill. Oops, our bad. There was 4 of us and we just got the bill and paid in order to be out at 9pm. The food was great. The staff, were trying to get out of there so they probably weren't as friendly as they would have been had we come earlier. Overall the price was great, food was excellent and fast plus you get a discount if you pay with cash. Can't beat it. This was my first time here, although my kids have eaten here numerous times."

"I love sushi and sashimi. My wife loves ramen. Takka Sushi seems to have a mix of the stuff we both love and at more than fair prices too. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive. The food came out and was well presented. You can tell that they care about their dishes. For appetizers, we ordered the fried calamari ($10.95) which came out nearly stacked with a side of their spicy dipping sauce. Loved it. Wish they added more sauce though. We also ordered vegetable tempura ($8.50). My wife ordered one of their udon ramen bowls. She enjoyed it very much. I can't remember which one she ordered. She also ordered their Rainbow Roll ($17). I ordered their Spider Roll (soft shelled crab roll) ($17), the Hot Lips Roll (scallops and crab, spicy) ($17), and the Sashimi Mix (9 pieces) ($16.95). I loved everything! You get 50% off of all classic rolls and 30% off of special rolls (dine in and to go orders). I will definitely be back, and will also be ordering food for lunch. "Good sushi at a good price. I suggest the "Spanish Roll" and the "Amazing Roll" for something different and tasty. Free refills on Iced Tea or Sodas ($1.95). Only issue I have is that the rolls vary in tightness (Which affects the way you eat) depending on the chefs skill. Also the interior could use a refresher or update(Especially the bathroom). Give them a try."
